How this works

MJH is an early-stage boutique firm. These are 1099 contract roles on our delivery team. We onboard you now; you work and get paid when engagements close. There is no salary and no retainer.

Compensation is a real share of each engagement's revenue, split across the people who deliver it, with a bonus on any client you bring in yourself. Exact terms are in the subcontractor agreement and we walk through them on the first call.

Product & AI Strategy Consultant

Contract · 1099 · Remote / Atlanta

We advise product and technology executives on AI integration, product strategy, and enterprise transformation. You run client-facing work: discovery, executive workshops, roadmap and operating-model design, and AI-initiative rescue.

You

5 to 7+ years in product leadership or strategy consulting (master's preferred, never a gate)
Have presented to VPs and C-suite alone
Turn an ambiguous brief into a structured engagement without hand-holding
Strong written deliverables; AI-adoption experience a strong plus

Engagements: 2 to 4 week strategy sprints, 8 to 12 week transformation programs, monthly executive retainers. Typical activated utilization 10 to 20 hours per week.

Senior AI/ML Engineer, LLM & Agentic Systems

We turn AI strategy into working systems: LLM integrations, agentic workflows, evals, and the prototypes that make a transformation real. You build the thing while our consultants align the organization.

Production LLM experience beyond notebooks: RAG, tool use and MCP, evals, cost and latency tradeoffs
Comfortable explaining tradeoffs to executives
Python and TypeScript; ship-fast bias with enterprise-acceptable rigor
