How do workshop logistics, travel, and cancellations work? +
Workshops require a signed engagement agreement, with full payment due 14 days before the workshop date. Cancellations receive a full refund if canceled 30+ days before, 50% refund if canceled 14-29 days before, and no refund within 14 days (rescheduling is available within 90 days). For on-site workshops, the client provides venue, A/V equipment, and catering. Travel and expenses (flights, accommodations, meals, ground transportation) are billed at cost with receipts provided and booked only after the workshop agreement is signed; no travel fee applies within 50 miles.

All engagements are covered by a mutual NDA signed before any substantive work begins. Your proprietary information, strategy documents, and internal data are treated with the same level of confidentiality I have upheld across previous enterprise roles.
