All engagements are paid in full at time of purchase. For the Chief AI Product Officer engagement, the first month is paid at purchase and subsequent months are billed automatically. All payments are processed securely through Stripe with support for credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and bank transfers. You can upgrade, downgrade, or switch plans at any billing cycle.

I stand behind the quality of my work. Every engagement includes a written scope agreement and milestone reviews to ensure alignment throughout. Any engagement can be fully refunded if canceled before work begins. For monthly plans, if you cancel mid-month you receive a pro-rated refund, so you only pay for what you actually receive. You can also upgrade or switch plans at any billing cycle.

Workshops require a signed engagement agreement, with full payment due 14 days before the workshop date. Cancellations receive a full refund if canceled 30+ days before, 50% refund if canceled 14-29 days before, and no refund within 14 days (rescheduling is available within 90 days). For on-site workshops, the client provides venue, A/V equipment, and catering. Travel and expenses (flights, accommodations, meals, ground transportation) are billed at cost with receipts provided and booked only after the workshop agreement is signed; no travel fee applies within 50 miles.

All engagements are covered by a mutual NDA signed before any substantive work begins. Your proprietary information, strategy documents, and internal data are treated with the same level of confidentiality I upheld at Goldman Sachs, Accenture, and Autodesk.
