Malcolm J. Henry

Malcolm is a current MBA candidate at Emory University - Goizueta Business School with concentrations in Information Systems, Marketing and Finance. Formally, Malcolm was an Associate Product Manager at Goldman Sachs and Consultant at Accenture. A Howard University alumnus with a B.B.A. in International Business and a concentration in Information Systems, Malcolm has always been passionate about technology and its application in various complex industries.

 

Malcolm recently interned at Autodesk as an MBA Product Operations, Management & Integration intern. During his tenure, Malcolm spearheaded the creation of an end-to-end access Info360 Asset customer journey across 13 capability systems by collaborating with technical SMEs and 10+ cross-functional teams, leading to additional clarity of the product integration process for all Autodesk product teams integrating into Autodesk’s platform services. This artifact was the first of it's kind and has been shared across the entire organization to bring clarity to Access at Autodesk. Malcolm also drove a Product Roadmap standardization analysis by leading design thinking sessions with 18 PMs, analyzing 131 insights and delivering a data-driven strategic recommendation to Access leadership with the potential to save an estimated 900+ PM hours quarterly through improved cross-functional alignment across technical systems and operations.


Before joining Goldman Sachs, Malcolm worked as a Product Owner Specialist at Accenture Song based out of Atlanta, GA. During his time at Accenture, Malcolm gained a variety of core consulting skills within the Song and Consulting Development Programs. He also developed a specialization in Product Management, which enabled him to deliver high-quality bespoke digital products to millions of end-consumers that drive value to his clients. Some of the most notable products he's managed include Wendy's Canada's digital channels and Accenture.com.

With a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of technical solutions, Malcolm is known for his ability to develop and execute product strategies that meet the needs of both customers and businesses. He has a proven track record of leading successful cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders to drive product growth at enterprise scale.

Malcolm's expertise in product management, change management, stakeholder management and consulting has allowed him to make significant contributions to the GreenSky Integration Product team at Marcus by Goldman Sachs and within his roles at Accenture. He is passionate about developing innovative products that leverage technology to simplify digital services and enhance the customer experience to provide returns for the business. Outside of work, Malcolm thrives on being able to give back to his community through corporations he's worked with and non-profit organization's he's affiliated with, including but not limited to Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity Inc., Alpha Kappa Psi Professional Business Fraternity Inc., The Consortium, Management Leadership for Tomorrow, Goizueta Technology Association, and the Entrepreneurship and Venture Capital Club at Emory.

Overall, Malcolm's experience in product management, technology, data analytics and consulting, coupled with his passion for driving change at scale make him a valuable asset to any organization.
